Day 16! Still on the HCG Diet Plan! - Sarah Diary 28

Day 16 on the homeopathic HCG weight loss plan. That means I've only less than 10 days left on the low calorie portion of the diet. Just to recap in case some of you are just joining us or in case some of you are forgetful: the diet starts off with 2 days of loading. Loading is taking in as many fatty calories as possible. This increases the absorption of the homeopathic HCG weight loss remedy into the body. After loading the low calorie diet begins. This lasts for 23 more days.

After the 23rd day on the low calorie diet comes the homeopathic HCG weight loss plan maintenance phase. I'm kind of big on preparation (or some might call it unnecessary torture since I don't really have to worry about this extension of the diet for quite a bit). During the homeopathic HCG weight loss plan maintenance diet you can eat as much food of any type of food you choose. There are, of course, some hefty exceptions to this eat anything rule. During the homeopathic HCG weight loss plan maintenance diet you cannot eat: sugar, dextrose, sucrose, honey, molasses, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, starch of any kind, artificial sweeteners, fast food, trans fat, and nitrites. You're also limited as to the total number of calories eaten per day. 

Whew! That's quite the list I thought. So while the food intake is going to jump considerably I have to point out that I'm still going to be feeling strapped when it comes to what I can and can't eat. But that's just me. And I'm getting accustomed to the feeling. It's not too bad; especially when my weight is going down so regularly.  

Alright so now that we've had that nice little recap from loading to low calorie to HCG maintenance diet plan phase we can move on. Today I weighed in at 156. I know! I did so good yesterday and no weight loss. I decided to add some green tea in (which I did...YUCK!) and try to drink a lot more water. I think I messed up with my water intake yesterday. I didn't fill a pitcher first thing in the morning so I don't really know how much I drank.

I took my homeopathic HCG weight loss remedy drops and my B-Total as required for the homeopathic HCG weight loss plan diet. I'm getting used to the timing required; no eating/drinking for 15 minutes before or after you take the drops three times per day. And the hold under your tongue for 15 seconds thing isn't a big deal. The stuff doesn't taste disgusting or anything. It's fine.

Today I ate another green onion burger for lunch (leftovers) with the other half of the grapefruit I had yesterday and Melba Toasts. For dinner I had the last of the grilled chicken I had in the fridge (leftovers again). And I drank so much water that I was afraid I might make myself throw up. So I'm crossing my fingers that tomorrow I'll see weight loss again.
