So if you've read the previous articles you already know Chad. We've been spying on him for a few days as he continues on the homeopathic HCG weight loss plan. He wants to lose weight ( weight loss). So when he heard about the average weight loss typically available through homeopathic HCG weight loss plans with HCG Diet Direct he decided to try it.

Days one and two were loading days. These first two loading days are a necessary part of the homeopathic HCG weight loss plan. It allows time and opportunity for the homeopathic HCG weight loss remedy to be absorbed into the system.

The low calorie portion of Chad's (and every homeopathic HCG weight loss plan dieter's) plan started on Day 3. And just to be totally correct...it's not really a low calorie diet. It's actually a low calorie diet . It's tough...but as you'll see it's effective.

Chad's weight on Day 4 was at 238 1/2 pounds.

He's shocked and extremely happy about the 7.5 pound drop in weight. And that's just from Day 3 to Day 4! He had a bit of a headache which isn't normal. He wondered if it was related to the diet at all so he decided that he would call the support center at HCG Diet Direct and find out. 

Chad did have a bit of a headache and he does tend to feel a bit hungry in the late evenings, but other than that Chad is just excited about the weight loss he's already achieved. And he's excited to see more drop off.
