HCG Diet: What to Do About a Plateau

A dieter recently posted the following comment on the HCG Diet Direct Facebook page, “I’m on the HCG Diet right now and I’ve already lost 15 pounds, but I seem to be at a standstill. What should I do?”

I get a lot of newsletters. Most computer users now access email regularly. And most people with frequently accessed emails find that they get more newsletters than they ever imagined they signed up for (purposefully or accidentally).
