5 Tips to Avoid a Plateau on the Oral HCG Diet

    This is day 16 for me and I have lost only 11 pounds. I had lost the 11 pounds at day 12, and have since been stuck at the same weight for the 4th day in a row. I have been religious with both the diet and the drops. I have not cheated at all. How can I get the weight to continue to come off ? I’m about to give up! HELP…
