Unlike traditional allopathy, homeopathic medicine has no danger of side effects. It is usually safe to take other medications with homeopathic remedies, as there are virtually no interactions to worry about.

One other issue to keep in mind is that your body will eventually build up a tolerance to HCG after about forty days. This is why you should not be on the HCG diet for longer than that without taking a break for at least three weeks. Otherwise, the medication will begin to lose its effectiveness.
