The HCG diet is extremely hard for me! I’m not having issues with being hungry, I’m having a problem with the limited food choices. Everything is so bland it makes me want to give up sometimes! I’m on my third day. I just had pork tenderloin and cauliflower for dinner and let me tell you, it tasted terrible to me. The cauliflower wasn’t awful, but the meat is what I have trouble with. While it may drop pounds quickly, it IS very difficult! Especially when you’re used to eating whatever you want.
