HCG Diet Plans Don’t Deny You Dessert

Stevia is a South American herb that has been used as a natural (but sugar-free and zero-calorie) sweetener for years.  It doesn’t contain Aspartame, and it’s actually sweeter than sugar.  Also, you can get it in a ton of different flavors—for example, if you’re a chocolate lover, your options include milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and chocolate raspberry.
