Can you still get HCG shots? Of course, you can. However, they’re more expensive and less convenient than the drops. Frequently, people who’ve tried both methods report more cramping with the shots and generally just not feeling as great. This makes sense because the shots were the original method and were first developed about half a century ago, when we knew a lot less about the human body than we do today.
Getting the Drops is Easier
Sure, the shots are tried and true. We know they work. However, we know the drops work too, and it just seems like the better way to go! You don’t have to have a prescription or go to the doctor to get the drops. In some cases, with the injections, you have to actually go to the doctor everyday to get them.
Alternatively, you can order an injection kit from a foreign pharmacy and run the risk of it not clearing customs. Even if it does clear customs, it will most likely take quite a while to get to you.
Needle or a Dropper?
Then there’s the small—or maybe not so small—matter of needles. Honestly, who would prefer a needle plunging deep into their tissue on a daily basis to simply putting drops under their tongue? Sure, you have to take the drops a few times a day, but that’s not really too hard. Plus, you can take them with you to work, while you run errands, out of town, or wherever you might have to go.
It’s pretty easy to incorporate the drops into your daily routine, whereas the injections probably pose a little more of a problem.
It’s up to you. Either method will still have good results, but you might find the drops a better fit for your life and needs. They tend to be more affordable, which means you can buy other things that will make the diet go better. With the drops, you can afford the extras like vitamins, which are important to the success of the diet and to your overall health.
