While dementia and Alzheimer’s are conditions to which none of us aspire, we can learn something from these patients. You’ve heard the phrase, “It’s the little things.” Well, it is, in fact, the little things.
Rather than being bogged down with everything you have to do, focus on one little task at a time, such as preparing a healthy, nutritious meal. The HCG diet teaches you how to make these types of meals.
