Motivation is a definite requirement for weight loss diets. It doesn’t really matter which diet or program an individual is on…motivation is required in order to achieve successful weight loss. Dieters who think they can make it through a diet and achieve successful weight loss with no thought or care for motivation find it almost impossible to restrict their eating and meet the other dieting requirements as set down by their particular program. There are different types of motivation and it is important to know the difference because depending on the dieter…different types of motivation are required.
Motivation can be divided into two different types; internal and external. The healthier form of motivation is internal. Internal motivation is based upon personal needs and desires. Dieters depending upon internal motivation are losing the weight because they want to…for themselves. External motivation isn’t as healthy; although it can be just as effective depending upon the situation at hand. External motivation is more commonly referred to as guilt or peer pressure. Dieters depending upon external motivation are not losing weight for themselves; they are losing weight because they think other people want or expect them to.
Dieters are encouraged to find various forms of motivation:
1. Before and after pictures (take a shot right before you start a diet and take another shot when you’ve reached your goal weight. You can even take pics each week to visually record your weight loss success)
2. Take note of successes (and failures) with weight loss journaling (some prefer video journals)
3. Blogs dedicated to weight loss success and trials
4. Online social media sites (dieters can find motivation by interacting with others in similar positions)
5. Discussion of weight loss attempts through chat groups or online forums
There are many types of motivation. Motivation can come from many sources. But the clearest, most easily understood and most universal motivation is weight loss itself. Seeing the pounds drop off provides an amazing amount of motivation for dieters who are working hard to reach a healthy weight loss goal.

How will I know if this product actually contains HCG and is not watered down?
With regard to the skin we have had no clients complain of sagging skin. It has been quite the opposite. We have had many customers tell us that their skin has not only tightened up but gotten a nice healthy look to it. Of course all bodies are different thought.
You can lose weight simply by eating fewer calories and fat, but because the body stores fat during times of deprivation, you will most likely lose muscle and bone before fat. This causes cellular metabolism to slow down, so in the long run, it would make gaining weight easier, as well as decrease bone density and muscle mass. By using HCG with the low calorie diet, extra fat is mobilized for energy and the rest is eliminated; the low calorie diet is vital in preventing immediate refilling of emptied fat cells. You benefit by preferentially getting rid of excess fat without affecting your bone and muscle. With HCG you can lose the weight quickly and keep it off!
I have heard that a side effect of the HCG is loose skin, is this true?
If i went on a 500 calorie without the drops i would still loose weight, so why would i take the drops?
We have actually had several other people ask us this same question. I have asked our research department about it and they don’t recommend it for vegetarians. But we do have (and have had) a few people whom are vegetarians substituted their 100-125 grams of meat for 100-125 grams of tofu. They have had luck with this trade, but everyone is different; so there are no guarantees. This is what is in the original protocol:” To supply them with sufficient protein of animal origin they must drink 500 cc. of skimmed milk per day, though part of this ration can be taken as curds. As far as fruit, vegetables and starch are concerned, their diet is the same as that of non-vegetarians; they cannot be allowed their usual intake of vegetable proteins from leguminous plants such as beans or from wheat or nuts, nor can they have their customary rice. In spite of these severe restrictions, their average loss is about half that of non-vegetarians presumably owing to the sugar content of the milk.
I do not eat meat, can i still do this diet?
