Dr Simeon’s HCG Diet is a low calorie diet accompanied by HCG supplementation. The diet is designed to break negative food associations while allowing the dieter to lose weight ly. Dieters supplement with the hormone HCG, using either an oral dosage or an injection. Most dieters are able to lose weight per day while carefully following this diet protocol.

HCG supplementation causes the thalamus and hypothalamus to send signals for the body to consume stored fat. Although dieters have an extremely low caloric intake, they generally report feelings of increased health and wellness as they lose the weight they’ve been gaining for years. Because of the unique hormonal supplementation, dieters are generally able to lose weight and keep it off. While they are only consuming a few hundred calories a day, the body is actually burning through thousands, making weight loss incredibly easy.

HCG shots are typically administered by a physician, while oral HCG can be purchased and taken in the comfort of your own home. The supplement is not recommended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you have an underlying medical condition you should consult your doctor. While following Dr Simeon’s HCG diet, heavy exercise is not necessary. Mild exercise is always recommended for optimum health, but there’s no need to spend hours in the gym or lift heavy weights in an effort to lose weight and tone your body. The HCG diet allows for weight loss without additional exercise.
