Question: Is HCG Safe? Answer: Yes!

In this day and age, it’s probably good to be suspicious of “” cures.  Someone’s always trying to sell you something, after all.  But try not to let cynicism and pessimism prevent you from taking advantage of the truly good things out there, one of which is HCG—an actual human hormone that may just be the answer to weight loss.  The first question, of course, is always “Is HCG safe?”  So I’ll set your mind at ease about that, and we’ll go from there.

HCG is produced by our bodies naturally, but we’re only born with a limited supply.  Our foods are generally so full of chemicals that deplete our bodies of HCG that by the time we reach full maturity, we’re not left with a whole lot.  One of HCG’s functions in our bodies is to regulate fat, so without HCG—and with all of those fatty foods we like so much–we can be more prone to being overweight and even obese.

The basic concept of the HCG diet is simple enough:  provide the body with HCG supplements in controlled doses and in conjunction with a nutritious and low-calorie meal plan.  HCG helps control hunger pangs because it instructs the cells to use stored fat for energy.

But it’s safe?  Yes, extremely.  HCG is actually produced in large quantities by women during pregnancy because it allows energy from food to be distributed in the correct amounts to both the mother and the baby.  So large amounts aren’t bad for your body; mostly, you want to control your doses so that your body doesn’t become immune to the effects.

Furthermore, HCG supplements for weight loss are produced in accordance with homeopathic standards, so they only contain small, diluted amounts of the hormone; in these amounts, there are no side effects.  HCG can’t hurt you, but if you want to lose weight, it’s highly likely that it will help you.
