The Diet Plan for HCG Diet Drops

For lunch, you can have 100-125 grams of lean meat. It can be beef, chicken breast, crab, fresh white fish, lobster, shrimp, or turkey.  You get a vegetable and one breadstick or one Melba toast.  You can have a fruit serving with lunch, or you may want to save it for a snack.  For dinner, you get the same choices as for lunch.

Tea, coffee, and plain or mineral water can be consumed as much as you want but no sugar!  You can have one lemon’s worth of juice daily, used for whatever you want, as well as seasonings.  No oil, butter, or salad dressing!
