Don’t forget your friends.  You don’t have to avoid social situations.  Most restaurants have healthy selections that will be compatible with the HCG plan or can be modified to be compatible.  Being on the diet shouldn’t mean being lonely and depressed—it should mean embracing life in a whole new way!
