Cook it for 45 to 60 minutes (depending on your own personal preferences regarding how “done” it is). Make sure to serve yourself a 3 oz. serving.

Fat And Cells As They Relate To Obesity

An article was recently published in Time online discussing the obesity issue at a cellular level. The discussion began with the basic concept of losing weight in today’s society. It’s hard. Practical findings are coming from many areas and in the near future could help to pinpoint enough specifics affecting weight gain/loss in the human body that more effective treatments could be developed. Experts hope that science will be able to provide answers to the long asked questions many dieters ask, “Why me?” and “She eats WAY more than I do. Why is she thin?”

Many questions will be answered through this line of research and study.
