Eating Right On The HCG Weight Loss Plan

Yes, your calories are restricted on the HCG weight loss plan. weight losss admittedly isn’t much. It is equivalent to:

It is primarily due to incorrect eating patterns that cause people’s weight loss efforts to fail when on the HCG diet. The most common mistake people make is failing to eat properly during the initial phase of the diet. It is understandable to be confused; stuffing one’s self with high-fat foods when trying to lose weight seems counter-intuitive at best. However, it is necessary. When you flood your system with high-fat food, it gives your metabolism a running start, so the proverbial throttle is “wide open” once the HCG starts to kick in and your calories are suddenly cut back to the bare minimum.

Variety – The Key To Success

Another mistake some people make on the HCG program is to eat the same thing at every meal.
