You’ll need to have 1/2 and orange (1/3 cup orange juice as a substitute if necessary), 1 cup strawberries (fresh is always best, but frozen is fine), 3/4 cup crushed ice, 1/2 dropper any flavor Stevia (or you can use dry Stevia), you can also add a handful of frozen spinach.

How to make it: Put all the ingredients in the blender together and turn it on until it’s smooth. Pour and serve immediately.
