The best diets for weight loss will require you to eat your vegetables. For some of us that’s no problem. We have our favorite vegetables. We have our vegetables we only like fried. And we  have those vegetables that we either cannot stomach, are voluntarily allergic to, or simply have never tried (and probably never will try). Weight loss diet  programs are meant to make the body lose weight. Generally speaking this is accomplished by ingesting fewer calories than you are using in a day. It sounds so simple. Yet the completion of this type of program is much more difficult than you may guess. It has to be; or there wouldn’t be so many people on a diet at any one given point in time.

That’s right, someone is officially keeping track … and the amount of money spent on weight loss is disgusting. That’s right. I think it’s disgusting that over $180,000,000 was spent on weight loss in one day. Why do I find that disgusting? I find that disgusting because all that money could have been put toward HCG weight loss diet programs, then instead of WASTING all that money, dieters could actually spend it wisely on a program that would help them reach their weight loss goals.

Fast weight loss requires a great deal of discipline. HCG for Weight Loss: More Motivational Tips
