The HCG diet program is great for a lot of reasons, but one of my personal favorite reasons is the fact that it’s such a blow to all of those companies that made it necessary in the first place. Yeah, you heard me. I’m blaming the people who were out to make money and realized that fat people just need more, in general, than skinny people do—that in the long run more money could be made if a large portion of the population was overweight.
So how exactly did they set out to systematically ensure that the majority of America would come to battle obesity, or if not obesity, at least weight problems? Well, it’s funny. They started putting stuff in our food to take the HCG out of our bodies.
Sounds like a conspiracy theory, doesn’t it? The sad part is, it’s true. Some people just aren’t very nice and don’t mind if others suffer for their personal gain. And suffer we have. HCG, human chorionic gonadotropin, is the hormone that works with the hypothalamus gland to regulate the usage and storage of body fat, the development of the reproductive organs during puberty, and our emotions.
The hypothalamus gland is very important to our well-being, as it helps to control body temperature, sleep cycles, hunger, thirst, and sex drive. Not something you want to mess with, right? And HCG works directly with the hypothalamus gland to ensure proper functioning. The fact that the foods we eat actually tend to mess with this system explains a lot, doesn’t it? I mean, think of the most usual health problems of the majority of Americans.
Homeopathic oral HCG supplements put back into our bodies, in small doses, that HCG that was removed. You want to do this in conjunction with a healthy, nutritious, low-calorie diet (in other words, avoid the foods containing the chemicals that will remove the HCG). Information on the HCG diet is widely available; any reputable provider of HCG will also provide information on what foods to eat, how much, and other dietary supplements like the vitamin B-12 that are key components of the diet.
Take back the control of your body; give it what it needs to be healthy!
