Be Nice To Yourself On The HCG Hormone Diet Weight Loss Plan

What are a few of the motivational techniques that you have seen people promote for dieting and weight loss? You’ve most likely seen the weight loss diary. You’ve obviously seen goal setting. You’ve most likely seen the “reward system.” But what about just being nice? There’s no reason not to be nice to yourself while you’re on the homeopathic HCG hormone diet weight loss plan.

Sometimes “just being nice” is out of reach. We are just not capable. We’re stuck. We’re in a rut and the only thing we can make ourselves aware of is that we know that there are things we want to change or do better or do differently. That’s something right. It’s a great step. It provides weight loss more often than many other diets and programs on the market. When you’re in the midst of a rough day remember to tell yourself that tomorrow is a new day; a fresh start. Tell yourself that tomorrow is going to be a fabulous day and then aim for that. The fabulous day you plan on happening might not come to fruition. That plan could be disrupted. And that’s a bummer. But that’s the way it goes. Just know that when you aim for fabulous…it’s much more likely that you’ll get it or that you’ll fall just a little bit short in comparison to the results you’ll get from not aiming at all.

Take the time to identify problems that seem to pull you away from your plans or goals. The homeopathic HCG weight loss plan provides the opportunity for weight loss. Don’t waste your opportunity by drifting through without any real action to maximize your weight loss.

Take note that encouragement (by definition) is positive. The HCG Weight Loss Programs’ Three Phases – a Checklist

While you are understandably excited at the prospect of losing forty to eighty pounds with the help of the HCG hormone, it’s important to do your homework and make certain that you fully understand the HCG weight loss programs‘ three phases as outlined in Dr. Simeons’ protocols. Trained in and having spent his entire life studying and treating the human endocrine system, Dr. Albert Simeons long ago determined the best way to make the most of this remarkable hormone in treating one of the most frustrating conditions most human beings must deal with – excess pounds of ugly fat.

The HCG weight reduction method consists of three distinct phases. Each one must be followed closely, and in order. Those who fail at the HCG diet are usually those who skip one of these steps, or do not follow the directions exactly.

Phase One: Getting Ready

Phase One of the HCG diet is preparation; you want to get your metabolism going as fast as you can in order to optimize the rate of fat burn during the next phase. In order to do this, you will need to indulge yourself in the most gluttonous, hedonistic way possible for your first two days on HCG. Fluffy omelets cooked in butter, rich pasta swimming in full-fat cream sauce, thick juicy steaks topped with mushroom gravy, fruit pie a la mode – go for it!

And enjoy it… it will be your last (for a while, at least – unless like many people after successfully completing the HCG program, you decide you don’t crave these foods any more).

Phase Two: The Low Calorie, Fat-Free Diet

The next forty days or so, you will be eating the equivalent of a handful of nuts every day. Of course, you will not actually be eating nuts – and you’ll be spreading those calories over the course of the day.

The good news is that it’s very simple. Coffee or tea in the morning (no sugar), and you’re ready to go. Lunch is a piece of lean meat (preferably buffalo rather than beef) and a vegetable that grows above ground, and supper is a chicken breast or a piece of broiled, deep-sea fish and a different vegetable. You can also have a grapefruit or an apple, and switch the proteins between lunch and dinner if you like. In fact, it is important to eat something different at each meal in order to keep your system guessing – and thus drawing on those excess fat reserves.

Phase Three – Winding Down

You’ll stop taking HCG on around day forty, but continue with the low calorie diet for about three days to allow the HCG to clear out of your system. Gradually, you can return to eating regular meals, but don’t start in on carbs until week three – after which you can gradually add these to your diet again.

The HCG Weight Loss Cure as Part of a Comprehensive Strategy

It is important to understand that the HCG weight loss cure has several components, of which the HCG hormone is only one. If you order homeopathic HCG drops, start taking them then do nothing else and expect the pounds and inches to magically disappear, you will be disappointed – and will have wasted your money.

Dr. Simeons’ Protocols

Dr. A.T.W. Simeons’ findings were based on several years of scientific observation on the effects of HCG on physiological mechanisms when a subject was placed on a low calorie diet. The fact is that anyone will lose weight on a low calorie diet. The problem is that by itself, such a low calorie diet is likely to result in crankiness, feelings of deprivation, and in some cases can be genuinely harmful to one’s good health (although this can be mitigated somewhat by drinking plenty of water and taking vitamin supplements.)

Aside from that, the fat is likely to come off at a painfully slow rate; under most normal conditions, on such a calorie-restricted diet the body is likely to consume muscle tissue and structural fat long before it turns to excess adipose deposits—which is what most people want to rid themselves of!  As Dr. Simeons himself pointed out:

When an obese patient tries to reduce by starving himself, he will first
lose his normal fat reserves. When these are exhausted he begins to
burn up structural fat, and only as a last resort will the body yield up its
abnormal reserves, though by that time the patient usually feels so weak
and hungry that the diet is abandoned. It is just for this reason that obese
patients complain that when they diet they lose the wrong fat. They feel
famished and tired and their face becomes drawn and haggard, but their
belly, hips, thighs and upper arms show little improvement. The fat they
have come to detest stays on and the fat they need to cover their bones
gets less and less. Their skin wrinkles and they look old and miserable…
that is one of the most frustrating and depressing experiences a human

How HCG Changes The Equation

HCG drops or injections are a tool; they do not actually cause weight loss, but rather enable certain physiological mechanisms in the human body that cause it to feed directly on the fat that people are trying to lose.

Dr. Simeons is not the only one to have proven the effectiveness of HCG when taken in conjunction with a low calorie diet. In 1974, two weight loss specialists, Drs. A.W. Asher and Harold Harper, published the results of a study clearly showing that HCG injections reduced feelings of hunger and deprivation and promoted feelings of well-being and energy while subjects were on the low calorie diet.
