Why Do They Live So Long?
Some people who live to a hundred and even beyond seem to just be naturally healthy. Some of them have been smokers and drinkers their whole lives and some have abstained. Some have followed extremely healthy diets and some haven’t. No true pattern has been established, but it is thought that largely longevity is determined by genes—and also, probably, by attitude.

You Have to Do What You Can
What’s the point? Mostly, there’s no foolproof way to ensure that you live a long life. It could all just be luck.
