HCG Dieting is a Revolution

Let’s face it, oh homeland of mine, my beloved U.S. of A:  we need a weight loss revolution, and now that I think maybe I’ve determined how a revolution could happen, I feel comfortable making that assertion.  Because I can now offer a probable solution to obesity in the form of HCG dieting, I’ll admit that I make fun of people for their adherence to unhealthy eating habits now that I’m on the healthy side of the fence, but I used to do it too.

You know what I’m talking about.  Cruising on through the drive-through, getting my Big Mac or chicken nuggets and my fries and large Coke.  When I studied abroad, I missed McDonald’s and rejoiced when my friends and I encountered them in our excursions through Europe.  Invariably, fast food places like McDonald’s or Wendy’s were known as being quintessentially “American,” and I think that’s why Happy Meals really did make us happy—something about those cute toys helped alleviate homesickness.

Still, I have to question, now, what it means for my country to be known for its fast food restaurants, and I have to conclude that largely it means we’re not very healthy.  But you knew that already.  What I really want to talk about is something you might not know:  that this image of ill health can be reversed, that a revolution is possible, and that in my opinion the HCG diet holds the answer.

Okay, so what makes the HCG diet different from all of these other miracle diet plans?  Because it’s safe and natural, because it curbs the appetite and makes a decrease in calorie intake seem reasonable, because it reprograms the body to burn fat (and not bone or muscle), because it doesn’t necessitate a hardcore exercise program, and because it teaches people about healthy eating habits.

Honestly, I have trouble finding negatives.  I truly believe that if we can only get the word out about HCG, a revolution will be upon us.

HCG dieting has been a controversial topic for many years.
