People today see obesity as a normal occurrence. It’s almost an expected step in the process of life stages. The high number of obesity cases is most likely due to the negative social habits and poor lifestyle choices that many make: pre-packaged foods, fast food, dining out, etc. And it would be very helpful if Americans could adjust their perception of a “serving size.”

That way you’ll be able to have enough time to build new, better habits for your eating while breaking the bad habits that have put you in a bad place in the first place.
