What’s a fast weight loss diet? It’s any diet that provides dieters with the opportunity to lose weight in a short amount of time. Of course, it’s helpful if they find one that not only can rightfully call itself a fast weight loss diet, but one that offers weight loss results. That’s what Chad found. And he’s on Day 10 of the homeopathic HCG weight loss plan.
Average daily weight loss for those who follow the homeopathic HCG weight loss plan protocol is weight daily. Chad’s meeting those averages. And he’s really happy about it. He’s excited to get on the scale each morning and see his “new” weight.
In the first few days of the low calorie diet he tried to find/identify his weaknesses in relation to the diet. That way he’d know what he needed to fix so he could take advantage of the maximum weight loss opportunities. He didn’t want anything holding him back from losing as much weight as possible. He decided that the part that was hardest for him was the time between dinner and bed when he’d already eaten all his approved items for the day. So he’s been saving his fruit for this time period and it’s been helping.
On Day 10 Chad weighed 230 pounds.
So far Chad’s having fantastic results. For the last several days he loses weight per day. The weight has been coming off steadily, but he’s still a bit surprised by the change on the scale each morning. He said, “It seems strange that I’m actually doing this! I’m losing a pound a day and I feel fine. I feel good, actually.”
He’s adjusted to the different method of eating. He follows the rules and only eats what is allowed on the diet. He assumes that if he continues to do so he’ll keep losing weight. Day 10 started for Chad with a big cup of tea (Coconut Mango) with some Melba toast on the side. If he eats his Melba toast he really feels full afterward. He had a very satisfying, very HCG approved lunch and dinner.
He’s gotten into the habit of preparing his meals at the beginning of the week. He weighs the meat. Each serving should be 100-125 grams, pre-cooked. Then he puts the cooked meat in bags to store in the fridge. So each day he can just grab a bag of protein and another bag of pre-prepared vegetables and he’s good to go. He typically just grabs and apple and an orange if he’s going to be away from home for both lunch and dinner. It makes it simple to stay on task while he’s away from home.
He said, “I don’t think there’s any more useful advice to someone starting any fast weight loss diet than to prepare your meals early. Having something ready to go when you’re hungry makes it harder to be tempted to grab something to eat that’s not approved for the diet plan.”
The early preparation of all his meals has allowed Chad to avoid the last minute decisions that always lead to “exceptions” and mistakes. He feels that it’s a big factor in his success so far.
