Spying On Chad: Homeopathic HCG Weight Loss Diet Plan, Day 1

Chad is a pretty normal kind of guy. And this particular normal kind of guy is sick and tired of “wanting” to lose weight. He just wants to do it and stop thinking about it. So  he’s decided to undergo a homeopathic HCG weight loss diet plan.

And in addition to deciding to diet…he’s going to let us watch his progress. We’ll be getting daily updates so we’ll be able to see just how much weight Chad loses and how he does it.

On Day 1 Chad weighed in at 241.5 pounds.

All of Day 1 and Day 2 are loading days. On loading days dieters are expected to eat as much as they can aiming at high calorie and high fat. They also start taking their oral homeopathic HCG weight loss remedy drops three times per day.

After he weighed himself on Day 1 Chad went ahead and took his .4 units of homeopathic HCG weight loss remedy (oral drops). He attempted to reach for fatty, high calorie foods all day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). He’d never felt so full before in his life which means that he probably did the “loading” process correctly.

Of course, Chad normally eats far less than he did on Day 1 so he felt stuffed all day; it was quite uncomfortable for him. But that’s normal on a loading day. It means that he did it right.

Chad figured the first two “loading” days would be really easy, but they weren’t nearly as easy as he thought. He had to actually try to reach for the high fat, high calorie foods by the end of the day. He had a bit of trouble falling asleep that night, but did sleep very well once he drifted off.

To make sure that he remembered to weigh himself first thing in the morning Chad set a notebook out on his nightstand to record his daily weight.

Watching Chad Navigate Diets For Weight Loss, Homeopathic HCG Weight Loss Plan, Day Two

You may have missed the Day One article outlining Chad’s beginning on the diet. If so…here’s what you need to know about Chad. He’s really quite normal. You’d probably like him. He also wants to lose weight and has wanted to lose weight for quite some time. But he doesn’t like wasting his time on diets for weight loss that never happens. He wants to actually see weight loss results.

So after scouring the diets for weight loss that don’t follow through on their myriad promises he knew he’d found something different in homeopathic HCG weight loss plan dieting. So many people were sharing their experiences about their weight loss that it just seemed that it had to be true. So he decided to give it a try. And he decided to let us watch him try! So far he’s done well.

Chad’s Day 2 weight was 242 pounds.

Day Two is a loading day. So Chad spent the day eating and eating and eating. He was supposed to spend Day 2 (and Day 1) eating as much high fat, high calorie foods as possible. He also started taking his oral homeopathic HCG weight loss remedy drops three times (at meal times).

When Chad woke up on Day 2 he didn’t feel very well. He felt a bit sick, actually. But considering how much junk he ate on Day 1 this isn’t surprising. He decided that it’s no wonder that dieters are asked to start the homeopathic HCG weight loss plan with two days of loading. It makes them hate all the high calorie, high fat foods that they won’t be allowed to get near for the next 24 days.

When Chad noticed that he had only gone up half a pound in weight on the morning of Day Two he was surprised and excited. He figured that his weight would jump from all the junk he ate on Day One. He did a good job and feels ready to move on to the low calorie portion of the diet.

Diets for weight loss always have their rules that can’t be broken and the homeopathic HCG weight loss plan is no different. Chad followed the rules. He took the homeopathic HCG weight loss remedy before each meal. He incorporated all the junk food that he could think of. Then he topped it all off with ice cream, cookies and whole milk. Chad felt like he was a “tick ready to pop” by the end of the second day. He had eaten so much that he was honestly afraid he might throw up.

This feeling of disgusting fullness made him pretty excited to start the low calorie portion of the diet. He was really relieved to be starting to eat healthy foods.

He felt like it was a great beginning to the diet. He was excited to eat less and excited to avoid fatty foods. He assumed that meant that he would have a better chance of sticking to the low calorie diet required for the next few weeks.
