What Happened to Playing?
Most of us who are at least thirty years old and maybe even a little younger than that, remember a time when kids played outside.  Riding bikes or roller-skating up and down the street while moms stood at the ends of the driveways and screamed car whenever one turned the corner, or running around in our front yards.  These days, I think we’ve all noticed if you happen to see kids playing in their front yards, you wonder what their parents must be thinking, letting their kids play outside unattended.

Supper that was, in those days, homemade more often than not, and eaten together, as a family.  So I encourage you to share your HCG-appropriate meal choices with your family.  Children and those not on the HCG diet will need larger portions, but they can still partake in nutritious food.

Maybe your children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren will never have to worry about dieting.

Making The Most of the Oral HCG Diet

The New Miracle: HCG Weight Loss

The United States is currently experiencing a health crisis.  Not the swine flu.  I’m talking about this trend toward obesity, and I’m also talking about how to fix it, the HCG weight loss miracle.
