HCG results, long-term benefits of the oral HCG diet passing down through generations, could include an increased awareness of what it means to live a healthy life.
What Happened to Playing?
Most of us who are at least thirty years old and maybe even a little younger than that, remember a time when kids played outside. Riding bikes or roller-skating up and down the street while moms stood at the ends of the driveways and screamed car whenever one turned the corner, or running around in our front yards. These days, I think we’ve all noticed if you happen to see kids playing in their front yards, you wonder what their parents must be thinking, letting their kids play outside unattended.
No, I’m not saying that the HCG diet is going to make it safer for kids to play outside. But I would like to suggest that it might help us all consider healthier choices and the activities in which we engage as a family unit. If it’s not safe for our kids to play outside by themselves, maybe we should be playing outside with them.
If you’re a parent on the HCG diet, don’t let your kids gorge themselves on fast food and ice cream sundaes and doughnuts while you sit back and exercise your self-control. Think about why you’re on the diet in the first place. Maybe you played outside as a kid, but in the increasing hustle and bustle of your life as you got older, you forgot about the joy of flushed cheeks and pounding heart, racing through the twilight when Mom called you in for supper.
Supper that was, in those days, homemade more often than not, and eaten together, as a family. So I encourage you to share your HCG-appropriate meal choices with your family. Children and those not on the HCG diet will need larger portions, but they can still partake in nutritious food.
Maybe your children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren will never have to worry about dieting.
