It’s true that HCG prices are much lower and generally more affordable than they once were, now that HCG is available in an oral homeopathic form as opposed to injections. But still, in a difficult economy, the tendency to balk at anything that costs anything is understandable.
Consider the Future
Rather than pay money for a diet that has a very good chance of improving health and quality of life, people will keep on suffering through the present, because they feel that a diet that costs additional money is a luxury that they just can’t afford. Maybe the kids need new clothes or shoes or soccer uniforms or dental check-ups, and all of that has to come first, before their own needs.
But what you have to remember is that kids need healthy parents, too. You have to think of investment in a diet as investment in a healthy future, a future in which you will be able to fully participate in the lives of your children and grandchildren. If you play your cards right, maybe even your great-grandchildren.
But whether or not you have or want children, then think of your own quality of life. Think of the money that can be saved down the road by spending a little money now on the HCG diet. I’m referring to all of the medical bills that you will likely be paying if you don’t take steps to lose weight and embark on a healthier lifestyle.
Even if you’re trying to embrace a live-for-the-moment mentality, don’t you want to make those moments the best they can be? It could be time to do some soul-searching. You think your fast food and junk food and processed food makes you happy, but is it true happiness? Or is it more of a strained, anything-to-get-through-this type of feeling? Whatever gets you through the day?
A diet alone may not switch you completely from “survival” mode to “enjoy life” mode, but it helps to start you on a path of healthier habits and more positive ways of thinking.
